Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

We understand that it can be tricky some times buying online and some items night need to be returned for a store credit or exchanged. For your return the be accepted the following conditions need to be met:

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of date when the order was placed.
  • All clothing must be in original, unwashed condition, with tags still attached.
  • Clothing must be free from make-up, deodorant, and any other stains; perfume odours; and without excessive wear.
  • We do not accept returns for items which pose a hygiene risk such as earrings, hats, etc.
  • Items marked as 'Final Sale/Clearance' are not eligible for exchange or return (excepted where the items are faulty under consumer law guidelines).

If you would like to exchange or return the item, please email us prior at mahaloboutique19@gmail.com to confirm the correct size in stock.If your return does not meet the above conditions, we unfortunately can not accept the return.

We reserve the right to reject any return if the garment has been returned back to us not in its original selling condition. Any garment/s returned to us that have been worn, soiled or damaged in any way or form will be rejected of a store credit

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RETURN POSTAGE:

 

Please include a copy of your invoice/proof of purchase. Please contact us to obtain returns address.

The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Mahalo Boutique will not be held liable for returns lost in transit or not received.

Accepted Returns:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is accepted, the you will receive a store credit for the amount of the item. We do not offer Refunds back to original payment method.
